:( That was a one roller-coaster of a race. Unfortunately MotoGP app spoiled the ending before I went to see so I already knew part of the outcome. If you’re a fan of racing in generality, this was a decent one.

It was such a push though with Marc. It started kind of traditional with him jumping into 1st after a few laps. After that though, HOLY SHIT. How he managed to some how recover into off-roading the bike, make it back to track without binning it and then go absolutely bananas working his way back up in to contention. What a display of putting it all on the line and then going just that tiny bit over it so close to the end. I hope they fix him up and he recovers, that was just something else.

Some premium names topping the board with Ducati and Yamaha, but Rins and then Marquez out with injuries, and Rossi appearing to have a bike issue resulting DNF. Hmmm

You know, it would be just slightly better racing if he was just that bit slower or made to start from mid pack and race like this. I like seeing some variety and battles, especially up front for the podium . He was seriously on the move, I mean, if he didn’t have that low side but went with that ride ? So much skill and effort yet reckless for the win . It’s like almost like watching if the late Ayrton Senna was on a bike.

Marc Marquez is superhuman, or right up to the moment he highsides and breaks himself. Checkers or wreckers for mere mortals, but somehow he has turned it into being one of the best ever.

That charge through the field today was amazing to watch.

I know a lot of people don’t like him but one can’t deny the man’s got serious heart and matching skill. I mean what kind of psychopath somehow lowsides, picks the bike back up en route to the trap, turns through the trap, gets so pissed off he “removes all safeties”, makes up 13 positions to podium , and was still hunting ?

Utmost respect that he’s always willing to push himself and the bike above 100% of it’s capability in order to find it .

It was depressing to see 46 back there though, and then when they cut to the bike stopped at track side :( .

He’s definitely always hovering at the top.
